Water in tub and nothing happen when we try to wash cloths

No matter what I try to do the door locks, tub moves, door unlocks, door locks, then it sits there and until the timer works down to 0, then the door unlocks. I have a sears tech coming tomorrow, will post what he finds.

usually this is indicitive of a bad pump or something stuck in it.these machines when first started they try to pump out first
the cycle will continue as long as it senses water
have them inspect the pump
good luck with sear service i hope it goes well
