Call you nearest Peugeot dealer spares dept to get a replacement pin and install it ASAP. You can buy single pins and they may even let you have one for free if you ask nicely.

Before servicing the vehicle, refer to the precautions in the beginning of this section.
Remove or disconnect the following:
Front wheel
Clip, 2 caliper pins, the anti-rattle spring then remove the 2 brake pads and the 4 anti-squeal shims
To Install:
CAUTION Only replace brake pads on 1 side of the vehicle at a time. Failure to use this procedure could cause the caliper pistons on the opposite side of the vehicle to pop out requiring the reconditioning or replacement of the brake caliper.
Remove a small amount of brake fluid from the master cylinder.
Install a used brake pad into the caliper and compress the caliper pistons.
Apply disc brake grease to both sides of the inner anti-squeal shims.
Install or connect the following:
Anti-squeal shims to the new brake pads NOTE: When replacing worn pads, the anti-squeal shims must be replaced together with the pads.
2 brake pads
Anti-rattle spring and the 2 caliper pins
Clip
Front wheel
Depress the brake pedal several times to seat the brake pads.
Check the brake fluid level and top off as needed.
Front Disc Brakes
See Figures 1 through 8 Always replace the brake pads in sets, meaning BOTH front wheels.
Raise the front of the vehicle and support it safely using jackstands, then remove the front wheels.
Remove the lower caliper lock pin.
The Saturn brake pad replacement procedure states that after removing the lower caliper pin, you can simply pivot the caliper to a vertical position in order to remove the brake pads. This procedure, when attempted on a 1992 SC with ABS, looked as if it would place excessive stress on the brake line. No changes in steering position seemed to alleviate this tension, so a full pivot for pad removal was not attempted. Another option is to remove the upper caliper pin, but not the lower pin, and simply pivot the caliper down for possible access. However, to prevent damage to the brake line you may wish to remove both guide pins and support the caliper assembly from the strut using a coat hanger or length of wire.
Pivot the caliper up or down on either guide pin or remove both guide pins and support the caliper from the strut using a coat hanger or length of wire.
Remove the 2 brake pads and the pad clips from the caliper support Discard the old pad clips.
Check the caliper pins, pin boots and the piston boot for deterioration or damage.
To install:
Either by hand or using a C-clamp, bottom the piston all the way into the caliper bore.
Carefully lift the inner edge of the piston boot by hand to release any trapped air.
Install new pad clips into the caliper support.
Install the inner and outer brake pads into the support. If installed, remove the temporary support wire from the caliper.
Pivot or position the caliper body on the upper guide pin into position. Compress the boots by hand as the caliper is positioned onto the support.
Lubricate the smooth ends of the lock and guide pins with silicone grease, then install the pin and tighten to 27 ft. lbs. (36 Nm). Do not get grease on the pin threads.
Repeat the procedure for the opposite side brake pads.
One, take your brake fluid reservoir cap off.
Two, use a thin piece of wood to help you compress the piston on the caliper....do it slow. This way, you don't create a lot of pressure to the reservoir and it won't overflow.
Three, these are the steps to removing and replacing the pads for the rear. It does mention a special tool....but you can use a c-clamp for the same purpose:
Check the brake fluid level in the brake master cylinder reservoir.
If required, remove the fluid until the brake master cylinder reservoir is half full.
CAUTION Care must be taken when servicing rear brake components without disconnecting the parking brake cable from the brake caliper lever.
Remove the disc brake caliper. Support the caliper with mechanic's wire.
CAUTION When the brake pads are separated from the brake caliper, new brake pads must be installed. The brake pads are one-time use only.
Remove and discard the brake pads and spring clips from the brake caliper anchor plate.
NOTE: Do not remove the anchor plate guide pins. The guide pins are press fit to the brake caliper anchor plate. If the guide pins are damaged a new anchor plate must be installed.
Inspect the brake caliper anchor plate assembly.
Check the guide pins and boots for binding or damage.
Install a new brake caliper anchor plate if it is worn or damaged.
To Install: NOTE: The left caliper piston turns clockwise and the right caliper piston turns counterclockwise.
Using the special tool, turn and compress the brake caliper piston into the cylinder.
Clean the residual adhesive from the brake caliper fingers and pistons using the specified brake parts cleaner.
CAUTION Do not allow grease, oil, brake fluid or other contaminants to contact the brake pad or caliper mating surface. Do not install contaminated pads. NOTE: Install all the new hardware supplied with brake pad kit.
Install the new spring clips and brake pads.
Position the brake caliper and install the 2 bolts. Tighten caliper bolts to 23 ft-lbs (31 Nm).
If necessary, fill the brake master cylinder reservoir with clean brake fluid.
With the engine running, apply pressure on the brake pedal to seat the brake pads.
