I have a Hitachi 60v715 that has yellow spots

I have a Hitachi 60v715 that has yellow spots everywhere. It started out as one small one and then it spread. I thought it was the bulb/lamp so I replaced that but that wasn't the problem. Does anyone know what is causing the screen to have yellow spots, and how do I fix it?
