try to reset the error just enter the simulation program press *- 2,8(simultaniously)-* select copier- select function- select clear- select error- press ok then turn off/on the machine

The drawer connectin of the fixing unit is faulty, please clean it

This code refere the developing assembly locking plate.Please verify the plate mounted and the developer sensor,the toner hopper sensor or the toner hopper motor.

it may be the fuse board or the relay near the fuse board that is arcing

A E000-0320 code is a fixing unit error code. It is either not warming up or it is getting to hot. It is a thermister is shortting out or a thermal fuse or one of the heating lamps are blown.

E020 refers to incorrect operation of toner moter, jammed up toner hopper or motor stuffed.... If toner hopper is overfull, the toner motor worm gear splits as a result of the hopper becoming packed tight. If the hopper is 1/2 full or less, the worm gear splits under normal use.

add toner only when the toner light is lit, right away, and replace toner motor.

After verifying that the toner hopper is working properly, check that the web solenoid is activating. Clean the web solenoid and ensure free action. This has been known to clear an E020.

After verifying that all is well with the toner hopper unit, consider the DC controller.
