Hi, last week I purchased the Rancilio Silvia Espresso Machine. For most of this time I have been having near perfect coffee. Today for some reason, the shot has poured way too quickly resulting in weak coffee. The grind appears to be fine, I have tampered it the same as I have over the past week, the only thing that seems to be happening is the water coming out too quickly. Can you see a solution to this promblem? thankyou.
