Re: download problem

First you will have to make sure you have the latest version of Windows media player..Then you will need to go to the device manager, find the device and then you will have to uninstall then unplug the device...plug the device back in..make sure you have the device connected into a 2.0 should be able to recognize it...if not try to get the latest firmware upgrade from sandisk...if you other questions you can contact me at

Device not playing

The software/firmware of the player is going to need to be updated. You can download the latest drivers from the sandisk website so pc recognizes it, then download the software/firmware update and transfer it to the player

How to put pics on the sansa

To transfer photos to your Sansa c240:
1. Open Sansa Media Converter on your PC
2. Connect Sansa c240 to the computer.
The detected Sansa c240 will list the available space and total space on the device. If more than one
device is inserted, only the first device will be supported.
3. Add the media files to be converted and transferred to the device.
4. Press “Convert” button to start the conversion process and transfer all of the files in the selected
media window and output them using the parameter setting for each media type. A convert status
box will appear showing which file(s) are being converted and the percentage of that file along with
all of the files.

Any service other than iTunes should work. Napster and Yahoo! music service easily let you sync files directly to the Sansa player.
