Question about SanDisk Sansa c240 MP3 Player
First you will have to make sure you have the latest version of Windows media player..Then you will need to go to the device manager, find the device and then you will have to uninstall then unplug the device...plug the device back in..make sure you have the device connected into a 2.0 port...windows should be able to recognize it...if not try to get the latest firmware upgrade from sandisk...if you other questions you can contact me at email@example.com....
