My Sony reader prs-600 is frozen. The reset button doesn't do anything. How do I unfreeze it? A part of my screen still works, but a big part doesn't. What can i do?

Try holding the reset for 5-10 seconds, then flip the power switch quickly, three times. If this doesn't work, check the light next to the power switch. If it is flashing yellow, follow the same process. It might take up to three tries.

Touch screen not working

You may just need to do a hard reset. Power off the phone and remove the battery. Wait a few seconds and reinstall battery and turn on the phone. If that does not work then you have a hardware issue and the phone needs to be switched out for a new one.

My htc touch p3450 is stuck on "windows mobile" screen and will not go past that screen at all, once the phone is turned on. I have tried removing the battery, the same screen comes on when phone is...

the only solution here can be a firmware upgrade but that may damage your warranty doing yourself.. i can suggest try connecting it with your computer with the usb cable and leave it like that for a while. then let it drain out its battery.
if it does not work, keep it off for some hours maybe a day, still does not work then use your warranty to get it fixed.

Hello, my HTC P3450 touch screen is not working. I have just got its LCD changed. after that I can recieve calls and screen is properly lit but its touch capability is not working.

Try a hard reset by removing and refitting battery then hold down power/send/end button at the same time. Remove memory card first or you will loose al date stored.

Htc touch

Its time to take it in for service. Touch screen needs to checked. There is nothing much you can do apart from what you have done on your own. It requires special tools to open.
I suspect the Touch screen has to be recalibrated.

Touch screen freezing up

Look at this

you basically need to get the wire to stop touching the home key, which can be accomplished (as described in the link) with either the quick fix method, wedging something in the bottom screen, or the better-long term method of opening the axim up and taping the part that has shorted.
