Problem with connecting to Orange router

I get to connect briefly to the orange wireless router but have to keep starting the zero configuration utility. I think it might be something to do with the toshiba utility contending with the microsoft wireless utility but don't know how to stop it.

appreciate any help you can offer

Go to Network Connection
Right Click on the Wireless Network Connection
Click on Properties
On General Tab "uncheck" the items Except;
- Client for Microsoft Networks
- File and Printer Sharing
- QoS Packet Scheduler
- Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)
  
  Restart the computer. WZC will start automatically as long as Windows assigned to configure wireless Network
