I have a emanchine W3622 that i need to find the power sw and power led pin for i pluged them out and dont know where to plug them back into, my computer hasnt started since then and not sure what to do!!!

As a rule, most mother bords are similar. Look for a row of connectors on the edge of of the board usually at the bottom right corner general area.
It may look like just another ribbon cable connector. Look closely for print next to the pins, may say PS for power switch. HD for activity light. LED for power light... etc.
The correct pins may be vertically or horizontally next to each other.

I cant get the system booting process.

Reset your bios settings pull cmos cell from motherbord for 10 minutes then put it again it's position .Then pull out ram then refit again it.

then check .
If still issue then Change ram may be your ram has issue.
if after change RAM memory same issue then you have to repair your motherbord.
Also check key bord num lock key if it on and off after satrt computer then it is screen resolution issue.
For that when you power up the computer press F8 key then enter in enable vga mode .
Then change display proeprty settings change scren resolution to 1024*768 then aaply and ok.then check.
Also refix processor and processor fan .
Clean all dust from mtherbord and all parts.
