    when I first got the insignia sport and installed it, it worked fine. But now when I plug it in it says the device driver cannot install.. Install failed. I cannot figure out how to get anymore music on my MP3 now using rhapsody...anyone know??

    I have a similar problem. My insignia will not charge or link up to any of my computers. This is a new problem however and I am baffled as to the cause. It says it has a low battery whenever you connect it to a computer and then stays that way, the computer refuses to recognize it and the MP3 player refuses to charge.

How can I add music to my Sony NW-E002 MP3 Player?

Make sure that you have transferred songs with SonicStage and not any other software. If you used a software other than SonicStage, format the WALKMAN with the menu itself and transfer songs with SonicStage.
Get SonicStage from below link:

How do i put music on my gorilla tones mp3 from walmart

Before you connect anything to a computer, you have to install the software that came with the device. If they did not give you a disk with the software, they gave you a link, where you can download the software you need. The software contains a driver, so the computer can connect to the hardware you connect and the software to connect to transfer to and manage the software to the MP3 player.

I am trying to transfer some music files to a new computer using my Go Gear and I loaded it to it's max. Now it tells me to connect it to my PC to delete some files and neither of my computers will read...

This sounds to me like you dont have the correct software for it to transfer or delete files. You could try a google search for the make and model and the drivers could be got from or
hope this helps

How to send songs in SGH M120 from computer

First, you must have the USB of the phone for connection to your pc, you can buy one at mobile accessories store, buy the one that already includes the software "Samsung PC Studio" and install it. If you already have the USB, you can download a free software program at the net. Search for samsung PC Studio. Once you have this program on your PC, it can now recognize your samsung phone. You can transfer music, sounds and pictures but not the videos. You can also save document files using your phone but try to save it on other folder of your phone once you are connected with the pc.

Second, one of the cons of sgh m120 is the limited memory. You should have a program "music compressor" there's available free download also for that one. Try to search via net and install it. Convert music files you like and save it at your desired location on your pc.

Third, open the program samsung PC Studio. On my case I use PC Studio 3. Try to look for updates of program via net. Once update is done, you can work on at the music transfer.

Fourth, this is an important step, because its the right way to transfer the music file (mp3 format compatible only). On the Main View of samsung PC Studio, click the Multimedia Manager,close the quick guide, Click File, Get Files, By Searching, locate your folder with compressed mp3 (or mp3 files), after the searching, Click the NEXT button then it will search the mp3 files then it will show on your multimedia manager main menu. Select the music, right click on it and choose send to phone.. it will now be transferred if you have the enough memory.

If you have questions regarding my suggestion, you can email me at

Hello I have a coby 610-4g mp3 player and would like to know where I should go to install software to play music. Thank you

Coby support for the MP610:

Look in the manual, page 28 for the folders, files have to be put into.
Put music in the MUSIC folder.
Manual for the MP610:
See from page 29 how to transfer files.
Always safely remove the player hardware connection.
When using Windows operating system, Windows Media Player 11 can be used to transfer media as well. Look in the Quick Setup Guide how to use WMP11:

I have a iriver spinn mp3 and i dont know how to to put music on it can you help me

Sure, connect to your computer via proprietary USB cable that comes with the device. Your computer should automatically recognize the new Spinn device. Software is also included in order to manage music, video, & ebooks (text files). Install Iriver Plus 3. Perform media search on your computer. Select files you want to put on your Spinn. Then transfer to your device. Make sure eject your device for safe removal. Thats it.

The iFP-795 is a player that has connection type UMS
(also called MSC): seeing the player as a removable disk:
Go to next site to see the connection type:
and click on connection. Scroll down to see the iFP-700 series listed in the connection type UMS.
UMS = Universal Mass Storage
MSC = Mass Storage Class

With XP sp3 the computer Operating System has setup USB connections with new drivers, that support both UMS (= MSC) and MTP connections.
MTP = Media Transfer Protocol

When you experience next making connection:
Connecting the device to the computer Wizard found new hardware pops up.
Only this time the Windows update searching for software will not work on automatic routine: ending up with "Cannot Install this Hardware".

Manual performing the wizard, setting the device to USB connection type:
1. Can Windows connect to Windows Update to search for software ?
Select "No, not this time".
2. If your hardware came with an installation CD, or floppy disk, insert it now.
Select "Install from a list or specific location(Advanced)."
3. Please use your search and installations options.
Select "Don't search I will choose the driver to install."
4. Select the device driver you want to install for this hardware.
Select "USB Mass Storage Device."

Just post a comment if you need more help.

connect it to the computer first.
some MP3 players are very simple,just copy/paste the music from your computer.
but some,provided with a driver/software cd must habe this own programs instaled to permit the music transfer.
so,if you have this cd,install it and use the own SanDisk programe to transfer the music
good luck:)and dont forget to rate my answer.thank you.
