My verizon LG Blitz shut off today and will not come on. At first I thought it was the battery but even when I plugged the charger up it still won't come on.

my phone shut off. and it only comes on when it's on the charger.. and i even got a new battery for it, and it just does the same exact thing's... why is it doing that?
