Question about Insignia NS-DV2G MP3 Player
How do i fix it?
Go to: Settings-->System-->Reset System...all your files will be deleted but it will fix the problem. It would be like starting new.

Hold the power button for 30 seconds and it should turn off without having to take it apart.
