Question about Dell A940 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Ink cartridges were already replaced.... Red flashing light still blinking indicating low levels. Error on screen still shows low levels error. how do I overide.
Machine is printing perfectly
Ink cartridges replaced but the printer is still reading them as being empty. Followed all instructions in the printer menu.
Hit the options button (just under the digital display on the printer) (and between the two arrows) 10 times. The hit the +arrow once to change. Go through the change motions again and you should get a new ink read.

I would take out both cartridges and put them in again. Realign the printer and the error codes should remove themselves. Try turning the printer off and on before puting the cartridges in again. That may make a difference. You can let your computer know not to tell you when the ink is low too. Let me know how this work for you.

maybe it have the ink level chip which can be resetted by removing the cartridge and oning and offing the printer for 5 times within 10 minutes coz it saves data of a cartridge upto 5 use before only.. and 6th time insert it.
