None of my programs will open an error comes up saying
the procedure entry point check token membership could not be located in the dynamic link library ADVAPI32.DLL

You Must have a Copy Of the windows you use!
Put the CD of that copy in the C D driver..
Go to Run write ( cmd )
you'll see a black screen..
Write sfc / scannow

It will replace all your dll files.. It will take 30 to 60 minutes!
