Hello my problem is when I dropped my phone, the screen went all white, and doesn't display any other function, but the phone still works, I can dial, open the menu, but I can't see anything on the screen, its just white. Please help.
I had the same problem about 6 months back. I took the mobile to repairing shop, they said it was Processor problem and they changed the processor. It worked fine for 3 days and then again screen became white. I took it to the same shop and asked to change the LCD. With a new LCD the mobile worked for 6 months and now it is having the same problem. So what I concluded is that, there is something wrong in the mobile IC which slowly damages the LCD.

HELLO. You need to told the cost of the problem though there are many reason that can lead to white or blank screen, A) Over charging B) drop from high place ,C) fall in water etc. The way out to solve the screen problem now is to make a change of the screen sothat you can operate your phone again befor this can come to reality you need to take it a very good phone work shop around you to fix it up or if you can do it your self. thank you.
buy a new phone and try real hard nt to drop it the a920 tends to pack up when dropped as it happened to my last a920 and even telecom went to repair it but it was going to cost more than the price of a replacement a920
to fix this problem is usualy simple, 90% of the time if you have a blank screen it is because the screen has come unplugged, open the casing of the phone and just plug the screen back into the circuit borad this should solve ur problem, please note this does not work if you have full white screen. hope this helps people with this problem.
