You need to adjust the "cross fading".
Right-click [Now Playing]
Choose [Enhancements]
Choose [Crossfading and Auto-volume leveling]
Click on "Turn OFF crossfading"

I think cross fading is cool ... experiment with it....

Go to the help screen and click repair then update. That will solve the problem.

You have a procuct from Real not Microsoft. I suggest you remove it and re-download and re install it.
