Try this
1. Go to "MENU"
2. go to "MESSAGING"
3. goto "SETTINGS"
4. go to "Setup"
5. Go to "Message Setup"
6. go to "signature"
7. Edit it, to what u want,
8. select "OK"
9. select "Done"

Umm... You have to either to a master reset in the settings. Otherwise try taking out the battery for a while. That or you will have to take it to a mobile center where they can unlock everything for you. Try the support line I remember something like this happened to me with another phone and they helped me.

it depends on the phone. on a v3 razr yo u cant get sig. on a regular text, just multi media

For the RAZR V3, using AT&T as the carrier, go to the message center, hit the button between the two "soft keys", go to Inbox Setup, MMS Message Setup, then down once, and you can change it from there.
