to know what folders i need to click on to load the software
Well I don`t know much about mp3 players...but i do know that it is sort of tough to find answers. To load a type of file, Example: music, you click music on the media manager software prgra, and then you click on the button that says add folder. go into your documents to find the music that you want to put on the device. left click on the mouse to drag up the songs you want and click OPEN. make sure your player is in and then hit download. your multi media player will have more media.

Find out the exact dimension that your player requires of video, as well as video format, audio and video bit rate and the supported frame rate. The software I use for video conversion for my player is Total Video Converter. It's cheap, and does the job perfectly.
For the 10 second play problem the player has been set to intro mode, which only will play the first 10 seconds of each song. While it is playing, press the mode button ( bottom right ) once. This brings up the play sub-menu. It should show " repeat" as the first item. Press mode button again and it should show "intro". Now press either the top or middle buttons on the right side once, this shows all repeat choices again, using the same buttons scroll through them till "normal" is highlighted. Then press the bottom right button again. This shoudl put it back in normal play mode and return to the music screen.
