i came in this morning and the machine is stuck on (paper jam)2 There is no paper jam anywhere and I have turned it off and on unplugged it etc... HELP PLEASE

Mine does the same thing, and I'm trying to get a sollution also, but in the mean time, I've been pulling out the toner cartridge and popping it back in, and then it'll print, but you might have to do it 2 or 3 times before it'll print again, but the only problem with mine, is that it'll start jamming again, so I'm still looking for a permenant sollution. If you find out please let me know.
