Question about IOGear (GBE201W7) Wireless Headset
I have the iogear Z-GBE201W7 and suddenly I can no longer hear anything from the speaker. Everything else works fine.
To isolate the problem, here are the things that you may do for the GBE201W7.
1. Disconnect/reconnect it from the phone or other Bluetooth device.
2. Make sure that it's fully charged.
3. Increase the volume while trying to make a test call.
4. Contact IOGEAR Tech Support if you will get the same problem after trying the first 3 steps. Meaning, this headset needs to get repaired.
