Please perform the below task to reset wireless router Wgr614v7:
At the back of the router you will find a small tiny hole (which has a small button inside it). Press the button with the help of a paper clip. and hold it down for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, please release the button and power off the device for 5 seconds.

I hope this allows you to resolve the issue.

Hi there, can I use the WGPS606 as an AP ? Many Thanks

I understand that you want to use the print server WGPS606 as an access point. Regarding the concern, please note that it is not possible to configure or use this device as AP. This device however can act as as wireless bridge. It can connect wirelessly to the wireless network of your wireless router/ap and provide wired connection.

Hope this helps.

I wanted to set up the printserver wirelessly but everytime my computer searches for the printer server, it only registers in the wizard if i connect the WPS54G to the router. If i do this, i am able to...

The printer and print server has to be connected to the wireless router by a network cable for you to print wirelessly from the laptop.
If possible connect a long network cable between the print server and the wireless router or move the router next to the print server and printer.
You maybe able to use a wireless repeater/extender but is it worth the added costs and complication. The extended range would invite hackers unless you secure your system.

DP 301U and Lexmark 2550 (all-in-one)

1. Set up your print server with an IP address.
2. Ping your printer IP address.
3. If successful, Add printer wizard. Create a new port, Make it TCP/IP port. Put the IP address in the IP address field. Click next and Use Generic 9XXX Raw.
4. Install the driver provided by the manufacturer for your printer and assign it to the Network port.
5. Print.

Hope this helps.

Canon 3300 ImageRunner

Hello JohnW49
I am sorry that I cannot provide you with better news, But the Canon 3300 was never designed to have or support a "native" wireless print server. You can of course (and for far less money than Canon would charge) obtain and configure a wireless print server from any number of stores from Office Depot to WALMART. But I notice that that you did not designate your device as a 3300 " I ". The " I " is the network ready version. The company I work for is notorious for selling barebones systems and asking the service dept to install the stuff to upgrade a device from the base model to the max it can support. I guess what I am getting at is that if you have a basic IR3300 Canon device you may not only be limited from native wireless support, theoretically you might have in fact quite limited network capability. ( I apologize as I of course do not know precisely the present configuration of your device {networked or not} ) I will gladly help you further as we explore the items I have brought up. :-) I only wish to help, take care...............spinal.......

Lexmark x2031e print server

It's not configured correctly, however, I cannot find the model of print server that you are referring to on Lexmark's web site. I think the model would be something like N4000e - if you have that, it would help.
