More than likely issue with phone or battery itself. Try another battery if you have one and see if it works. If you don't have an extra battery try to find someone who has a similar phone and try battery. If you call your service provider they will try to trouble shoot issue but more than likely will get you to send phone in through warranty if your still eligible. If not eligible for warranty and don't have insurance ask about upgrade options. Hope this helped.

Check at the battery and see what the rate of charge is. It should be 14.5 volts while it is running, may have to rev up to about 1500 to 2000 rpm to get this but normal riding will maintain this. It should not go lower than 13.2 at idle however. It may be your regualtor rectifier that is the issue.
