Question about T-Mobile Sidekick ID Cellular Phone
I got my sidekick id yesterday for xmas and it took 7 hours to activate. typical. and it worked fine, despite it was picky over who i txted. and now today i cant call or txt or do anything. if i try to call, it makes a noise and goes to where it says "recent list" and "look up contacts". i know how to work the phone. help please?
I have had the same problems with my phone and so has my cousin and 3 of his friends. I have been fighting with Tmobile about it since october. I am on my 2nd ID and it still isnt working properly.
If enough people with this problem complain, they have to do something besides change the SIM card or send me a new one.
My suggestion would be complain and get a different model altogether

Make sure it is fully activated. go to tmobile.com and log in. then make sure it is fully activated.
