Question about Nokia 5300 Grey Cellular Phone
Music imported just fine into the software, but I can't get it to synch to the phone. In fact all of the synch functions are disabled in the File menu of the software. The only thing enabled is the option to convert to a compatible format, which has been done.
These sugestions might sound daft but here they are anyway:
Store 1,500 songs with 2GB memory card (sold separately)
If you dont have one your phone memory may be full.
Sound volume check, make sure its on.
Use the correct Nokia PC Suite for your phone,
connect it by cable to your PC. (blue tooth gives a lot of problems with PC Suite)
Make sure you're not loading music files protected by copyright.
Make sure the files are in MP3 format.

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
