Re: Problem with computer

Try a good cleaning. Unplug the power cord from your PC. Remove the sides of your case. Using air blow everything off.
CPU, heatsink & PSU from both sides /outside to in & inside to out. Than remove the video card and clean its slot. Than clean the card its self. It would not hurt to remove your memory and clean their slots, reseat. Update windows!
If your broblem stops your done. If is hasn't doenload the latest driver from ATI: Remove old drivers from control panel before installing new drivers. If your old drivers fail to remove. Download & run ATI's uninstall utility:

It would be better to install a graphic card.
As most of the games recommended requirement is that you have installed a graphic card in your PC.
Also try some troubleshooting steps given here;
Stop un-necessary background running services
Update all drivers
Scan PC with an updated Anti-Virus
Also use game optimization softwares like PCFresher that will turn your computer to gaming mode.

Hello there,
In Windows, it just comes up with a message saying it will be clocked down, so you just click "OK"? if molex is not plugged.

1. You should install the driver for the graphic card so it wont show distorted images, Microsoft display drivers are not reliable in gaming you may experience distortions.
2. Plug the molex or 4pin power to your card and observe if you will encounter the same problem after doing step 1.
3. If not try to test another PSU or acquire a new PSU that is powerful enough to run the card - not using the power cable could damage all your system.

Hopefully this information helps.
Happy Gaming

When I plug in my Gigabyte Ati Radeon 2600 graphic accelerator in HP dx2300 computer I cannot boot win xp. There is no signal at all at monitor. There is no activity of hdd.

Boot the Windows in a safe mode and u8ninstall all the graphic drivers already installed - whether of on board graphic card or some other card and then restart windows & install the drivers for your HD2600XT.
Please do not forget to disable the on board graphic in the bios of the motherboard - after uninstalling all the previous drivers.
Good luck & happy viewing!

Monitor screen freeze with driver...

hi! you don't need to update the driver cause the problem is in your hardware. Graphic seems to be a bit grounded, try cleaning the contact pins of your AGP graphic card with eraser, clean it side by side and then put it back again to an AGP slot, then boot your CPU again. If it still the same, try it in another motherboard that support you graphic card just to be sure before we conclude that its the graphic card has the problem. Anyway if it still under warranty you can claim for a replacement to the store where you bought the graphic card.  Have a nice day!

While playing gta my system gets crashed

that is bug generated by the game it self, and it is interfering with the graphic drivers. Try using diferent nvidia drivers and of course try playing the in windows xp compatibility mode.

Graphic card Gforce 7300

in safe mode your "graphics accelerator" doesnt kick in, it runs a slow standard VGA commands. If your card was damaged by usualy overheating or just itself (bad luck, happened to me on 6600gt) it will die either quick or slowly. Slowly means, first "Direct 3D" will show rubbish on screen, the "OpenGL" and later even in windows it displays lines and freezes. After that, you cant even go to BIOS cause if freezes 5 secs after boot. Mine died that way. TRY another card, cheapest u can get or borrow but the same port AGP or PCX, whiever u have. If all is ok, the card is gone. (sounds like it 90%)
