Question about Whirlpool GU2400XTP Built-in Dishwasher
Are you referring to the thermal fuse in the control compartment? There's a kit that does a small modification to the wiring. Make sure that was done. Part # is 8193762 should run around $20

Which fuse, and what amperage/voltage?
fuse issues should not be ignored.
sounds like you have an intermittent problem.
i suspect sears missed the boat on this one.
there is clearly something wrong.
ask them to put into writing that its ok for the fuse to blow.
that ought to get them back out.
worse case scenario is that you are supplying undersized wire to the unit. that could account for various problems. a long run can cause a normal wire to be too small for the job. for instance, if you put a dishwasher in an outdoor kitchen and run hundreds of feet of #12 wire to it, it will not be the right size, at some point you would need to go to a #10 or larger wire for a long run.
if you have very old wiring or a long run, i suspect the issue is in the machine wiring and boards.
again, get sears back.
