Question about ViewSonic N3250W Television
Did you buy the TV online? Otherwise the retailer should be able to provide an exchange on a TV only that old. If you bought it online then you are kinda stuck in that situation. Although there are great benefits to buying online, one of the major problems is handling warranty claims on merchandise. Sorry for your problems. One thing you can do to maybe give them some incentive is to speak to a manager and tell them if you do not have your television fixed and back within the next two weeks, you will contact the Better Buisness Bureau and report them.
