- i have print and fax option for sure, printer is atached to network and three pc -s are printing on him but there is problem with scan, i think if i can print trough network i can and scan but how?And yes i think it will be helpful to have it on english. thanksOct 13, 2009

This is a loaded question. the 1013 can be either a network scanner (nic) or a twain scanner. this will depend on the type of hardware interface that is on your machine. Network scanning is the preferred method. I noticed that your model is a1013f which leads me to believe that it may not be equipped with the scan hardware. You need to look at your control panel and verify the scan button is there
