Re: motorola razr

Doris Terry - you need to have the screen replaced on the first phone, the second one you bought from e-bay you need to do a master clear and rest on the phone....if that does not work try to have the phone firmware reflash from a mobile store technician.

Motorola RAZR

your external screen needs would have to take it to an authorised repair person to replace it because it's very tricky to change. Sam !

This worked for me - I had to do it several times because I never figured out whether to start with the phone "off" or "on".

Press # * and the "end call (red)" buttons simultaneously and hold for several sections. Then power phone off and back on. I read this was the equivalent of "safe mode" booting for a RAZR. My phone has performed flawlessly since I did this on the 6th of February!

Razr v3c the screen is dim all the time

it would be your display light is out and as far as I know the only way to fix that is to get a whole new LCD screen assembly. If that is the case go buy a new phone and not a RZR I know it's popular but honestly I've seen hundred's of them in my store busted and unusable after only a month or so. Not all motorola phones are bad but this one is the biggest piece of crap. I rank it with Kyocera phones!!!!!!

My Golden Motorola RAZR D&G always displays no service !!!!

I have the same problem, displays shows no service and occasionally says invalid battery. Done all the usual things i.e. tried different sim card, different battery. I bought the phone on ebay from Hong Kong. At the moment it is a very good ornament! Help please.
