Can not register my MP3 player

We bought my daughter an MP3 player iconcepts 48097 digital music player and my computer will not let me register it .I have followed the registration exactly as written.

    I can get the MP3 files into it but it will not play them it lists them as unknown files it only wants to play the WMAs

    My MP3 player will not play any songs and keeps returning to one particular song everytime I hit play. I also can't get the MP3 logo to come up on the screen.

    I bought an IConcepts 48097 MP3 for my 7yo. It won't play any songs that I've downloaded (I've sinced learned from FixYa that it will only play songs burned from cds). Now it won't let me burn from a purchased cd because it (the program) sez that I must have Windows 2000 or higher! I hae Windows Vista! Any suggestions?

    I bought my granddaughter a MP3 Nextar #MA933A for her birthday. I have downloaded songs onto my computer and can't learn how to take songs from my computer onto the MP3. I have the XP windows. The instruction booklet isn't for a grandparent who isn't computer literate. I need any help!   1. if you have Vista you need to run ALL update that came with the computer
  2. after you have it up and run you can register it

Called the help desk about device registration problem...need to move the switch (lock button) on the side of the mp3 and then it will allow you to register the product. Wish I had called them sooner.

My problem is that it will give me the option to register the Barbie Girls MP3 player, and it says "storing registration infortmation" but 3 hours later it has not changed! I dont know if it is actually doing something or if its frozen?!?!?

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You can download mp3 music files from the Internet toyour computer and then copy them to your MP3 player. For your CD collection, you need to convert your CDs tomp3 music files onto your computer or download them from the Internet and thencopy them to your MP3 player after you have connected the USB cable tothe MP3 player and the computer.

ICONCEPTS DIGITAL MUSIC PLAYER
I had the same problem, repeatedly. I have two sons, both got identical players. The first registered flawlessly, the second failed repeatedly. No help from anywhere. Tried loading on additional PC's and laptops, no solution. After giving up, and playing with the working model, I realized that the button lock on the non-working model was in the lock position. I unlocked it and it registered. I am amazed that this simple issue is not on the front page of the manual, or pop up in the error message box. Best of luck.

Walmart and many other sites sells songs that are DRM encrypted, meaning they are copy protected. Your MP3 player will not play these unless it is DRM 9 / 10 compatable. The purchase license permits you to download and play in the first device, when copied to another device the DRM prohibits playback in the second device.

Sakar or iConcepts mp3 not working????
Just plug the mp3 player in like it was a removable storage device and drag and drop the songs into a folder on the mp3 player. you can delete the songs the same way. You dont have to install the software that comes with the player. I bought my son one and was having the same problems as you guys and this is how I fixed it.
