Question about Motorola Mobility V365 Cellular Phone
My v365 when you power it on the keypad lights up then immediatly powers off , will not power on again till it is closed and reopened. keypad light stays on for maybe 1 second.Has not been wet.
Is there a reset button or a way to do a hard reset on the phone without it powering on or any suggestions on this problem. Tried new battery , tried to power up with the wall plug with same results.Sim card and battery works in same model of second phone so both of those are good.
Any help ?
I have this phone. There is nothing you can do about this problem. The only thing you can do is hope the phone is still under warranty or you have insurance to replace it. I was surfing on AT&T website and found this information for problem cell phones. I am quite sure you can surf your carrier website and find the same information. Look for something like- how do I replace my broken phone or warranty information. Hope this info helps!!!! Just click on the link below.
For AT&T (Cingular) - the warranty is valid from 31- 365 day from date of purchase.(less than 30 days return to place of purchase) The warranty comes with the phone for free. I missed the warranty window by 10 days ……………What luck.
