I wondering if my Pelonis gas-filled heater is emitting dangerous fume causing me to feel depressed... do you have the phone number of the company?


Have you tried not using the heater for several days to a week, to see if your depressive state improves? That would be the litmus test involving the heater, wouldn't it?

Caution light comes on,rarely used heater. any thoughts?


Try calling 1-866-876-4332 ext 224 for tech help, it worked for me.  I only needed a temp
setting/off switch to fix mine.

Electric oil filled model #ho-301


There is no pilot light. It is an electronic unit.

Won't heat


Is there a thermostat? where are you from and do you understand electrics? do you have a volt meter?
