-   Exact same problem! If I jiggle it the right way, I can get it to work, but there must be a "fix" for this...is it a clogged line or something? Help!-   Trevsmom2

If you look on the side of the water reservoir there is a float disc. this magnetic disk tell the keurig the unit is empty or full, sediment likes to collect in there. if yours is saying add water empty the reservoir and check that the disc is down, add water and make sure it floats to the top. my problem was opposite, would run out of water and the coffee make kept going(float stuck up, thought it was still full)
Turns out I finally called Keurig and explained the problem (says to add water when water container is already full...) and they told me that it was most likely an issue with the water container. They sent me a new water container about a month ago and it looks as though the problem has been solved!! Solution: Call Keurig and get a new water container!!!!

I am having the same problem. I am going to try to de-scale and see if that helps?
