Some keys on my laptop have stopped registering. How do I fix this problem?

Do you meant they've stopped working? Clean off the keyboard. If that does not work, open it up to clean the keyboard. Had you spilled anything on the board recently?

Try taking off the key cap along with its retainer clips (plastic pieces underneath the key cap). Repair it with the help of this helpful video.
