WHY do you feel you need a new CRT in this set?? They RARELY go bad. For the "wiggly lines" you are describing, most likely this is the "hyper module" problem. It is on the signal board--and MANY of the capacitors in the set need replaced. But the CRT'S in these sets RARELY go bad.
