Look for something not pushed in far enough on the shelves and the Ice bin. Make sure the cabinet frame and the seals are clean. The doors should be closing on their own once they reach the halfway closed point. If all these are correct then the gaskets may be worn out, but unless torn they do not usually need replacing.

Whirlpool et1chmxkq03 quit making ice, freezer still cool but not freezing. fridge not cooling rite. water not coming into ice maker.

1st = try to determine why freezer is not freezing.
fridge is cooled from freezer.
water may not be flowing because freezer is not cold enough to make ice.

Verify freezer door is closing and seals are sealing. If you slam the fridge door closed and the freezer door moves there is a problem.

Door doesn't shut rite

Hello Gladys, thanks for your submission!
I understand that your Frigidaire refrigerator is not sealing properly. You could be experiencing an issue with the gasket or the hinges. I would suggest checking the door hinges to assure that they are secure in position. You can also use a dollar bill to test the door gasket. Place a dollar bill in between the door and the body of the refrigerator. If the dollar bill pulls out with no to little resistance, you may need to replace the door gasket. I hope that this information is helpful to your repair. -Matt

Is your service free of charge? if yes what cause smowy ice around the freezer door in a refidgerator

This is caused by excess room air getting into the freezer because of leaky door gasket which should seal snugly on a dollar bill inserted between the gasket. Frequent or prolonged door opening will also allow room air in. The higher moisture content in the air freezes on the surfaces of the food etc.

I have a sprung door from opening it too wide on refrigerater:

I've never seen one with a spring. The problem may be the door closing cam. Normal 0 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal"; mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0; mso-tstyle-colband-size:0; mso-style-noshow:yes; mso-style-parent:""; mso-padding-alt:0in 5.4pt 0in 5.4pt; mso-para-margin:0in; mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt; mso-pagination:widow-orphan; font-size:10.0pt; font-family:"Times New Roman"; mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman";} The lower hinge on each door may have a door closing cam. It raises the door up ¼ inch when opening and this assist in closing the door. If it’s wore out and doesn’t work the door may not seal and the gasket can be damaged. Watch the operation of the door to see if it rises up when opened.

Leave the door shut and let the magnetic gasket hold the door in place. Put something between the bottom of the door and the floor to hold it in case it slips.
Remove the bracket holding the pin and hinge assembly taking note of order of removal of parts. Slide new cams on. You probably need two.

Door seal

i wouldn't worry about vacuum seal. door gaskets contain a low powered magnet around the entire face for "contact" seal, id look into perhaps something placed on one of the shelves or door blocking the door from closing as tightly as you remembered. if you have a problem with that gasket. it would have to be physically ripped and where it didn't make contact you would have an influx of warm air resulting in ice balls forming inside door liner adjacent to seal

Ice shute does not seal

There is a plastic clip that has broken off of the icemaker chute door spring latch on the refrigerator door. This is a common problem and a replacement kit is available from whirlpool to correct this problem. If you contact whirlpool directly they will help you out with a part number for the kit.
