Ice despenser had a spring fall out and another black piece that looks like a roller but i do not know how to get to the inside the despenser to put the parts back . The ice will come out but will not stop falling out of the despenser

You will have to disassemble the dispenser assembly and see what is broken to allow these parts to fall out. use your model number in the following link for a picture and parts list. Then search the part number on ebay. I have found many parts for half or less than retail that are new.
