There is a software program out there called the Typing Tutor. It is very simple to use. It has games and practices. It is how three of my children have learned the Qwerty board. It should be easy to find on ebay. I checked there and there are many different versions available from as low as $3 on up. Basically the biggest answer to your question is practice :o)
