I just need the instruction manuel -- I thought I'd lost the radios and threw it away, now I found the radios and they have low batteries so would like the manuel to get new batteries in them so we can use them for harvest.

From what I just read on the Cobra website, you may be misinterpreting the battery indicator lights:

My radio keeps showing low batteries

This may simply be a matter of misinterpreting the low-battery indicator. We use two different types of battery indicators:

1. Battery Level Indicator: This battery indicator is always visible, and has several segments. When all the segments are lit, the batteries are full. When only the last segment is lit, the batteries are almost exhausted.
   
2. Low Battery Indicator: This type is usually NOT visible. It only appears when the batteries are low, at which time it flashes on the display to warn you of a low battery condition.

Please note that when you turn on your radio it first performs a display test. Everything on the display will light up for a few seconds, including the Low Battery Indicator. This does not mean that the batteries are low. After a few seconds the display test will end, at which time the Low Battery Indicator should go away.

I had the same situation. I had the radio changed a few years ago when it went bad (manufacturer defect for this model year), so I was entering the wrong code. I looked around the ashtray and glove box and found a sticker that had been placed there by Honda personnel that had the new radio serial number and unlock code printed on it. It was also stuck to the second page of my owner's manual. If you can't find the sticker, you can go to, https://radio-navicode.honda.com, which has good instructions for finding the information for your radio that you will need. If you are the owner, you can supply the VIN, Zip code and phone number that is registered with Honda for the vehicle and get the unlock code electronically. You may be in a different situation, but I hope the info helps you get it resolved!

I thought I found the instruction manual for you on Brother's website, but instead of it being instructions it was the service manual. I had one of nifty typewriters in the early 90's that a friend gave to me, until my ex-boss decided to keep it after I left.

I thought I lost or threw away the manual with the codes (and noticed your problem). After much digging I found the manual. Your tv RCA codes are 0031, 0004, 0048, 0054, 0094, 0100, 0102, 0107, 0129, 0191, 0005, 0009, 0000, 0162, 0163, 0342, 0003, 0015, 0022, 0096, 0113, 0125, 0179, 0187, 0188. Don't know which one will work for you, but one of them will work. Good luck!!!
