Unable to download the update for my Sharp DVD player
I need to update my Sharp Blu-ray DVD player, but every time I try to download the update from the Sharp site, I get a message on the computer screen that says, "Oops, the link has been broken". What do I need to do to allow me to update my DVD player and view the DVD film, "Taken", that says I need the update my player in order to view it.
