No lights on at all when phone is on ,keypad or other ? help

A keypad overlay may be on. If the numlock light or cursor control

mode light is on, press Fn + F10 to turn off the cursor control mode

light, or Fn + F11 to turn off the numlock light.

the possible problems:
-the keypad is worn out. -the keypad ic is blown.

a mobile repair shop can repair it for you. (it is relatively cheap)

If you've been using your phone (a lot) for texting, you may be having troubles due to a worn out keypad. You can try replacing the keypad with a new one or - the smarter choice would be to purchase a new phone.

I've also had the same problem. Try using your small finger to navigate to the exact letter.

they keyboard might have gotten wet and shorted out, if its an expensive keyboard you can look on the manufacturers website for a phone number, and they might have a replacement warranty or policy
if its a cheap one you can always buy another one.

Turn on camera as if you were taking a photo. Whilst holding phone vertically, in bottom right of screen you have a box image with lines. Below this on the keypad you have a 'soft key' (right hand '-' key) Press this and it takes you into camera settings. Turn phone horizontal and there is a menu across the top of the screen. Move cursor to the right using directional keypad until the little man with a box around his head is highlighted. Now pressing up and down on directional keypad, you should be able to highlight on / off with a white band? With desired option highted press 'ok' in middle of directional pad. That should now work.

If the problem occurs when both the keypad overlays are off, make
sure the software you are using is not remapping the keyboard.
