Question about IBM ThinkPad T20 2647 Notebook
I have IBMT20 and operating system is Windows XP. I installed QTP in this qtp is not insatalled and it is showing a message is that Operating system not found, hard disk not found. I had shown to service people, they tried to install operating sysytem xp not done then tried with Windows2000 but laptop wsa hanged. Cound pleas help me in this regard.
Drive is not seated properly ,OS not installed correctly or boot sector damaged.Getting the T20 HDD istalled can be tricky if any of the pins are slightly bent .
These can all be repaired, unfortunately the actual HDD connecter on the board may be damaged as sometimes happens &really means the end for your laptop

Your hard drive is most likely bad or the ribbon cable is not connected.
