Garmin released firmware version 4.40 to correct DST (daylight saving time in the United States) If your device firmware is 4.40 or later then it should correct once you turn the unit on it acquire a satellite lock.
If your unit firmware is earlier than 4.40 then you will have to update to the latest firmware from garmin site.
If you don't want to upgrade then reset your timezone to one that is an hour earlier. Or wait until April and it will change time by itself.
