E210882 is the number on the motherboard on my Emachine computer. i'm trying to disable the onboard video card with a jumpper setting so it will reconize a older but working pci 3dfx monster 3d card I put in the machine

You can disable the onboard by visiting your bios.

On boot it will tell you to press del f8 f2 etc to enter the setup from there you can navigate around to disable the onboard and choose the lane your older pci card is in.
