Question about Nintendo DS Lite Console
I tried with another battery pack and charger of other good DS and the problem is same , all time the DS is off
I tried checking/bypassing the fuses....it is a very difficult process,as the fuses are miniscule, and you can't get the solder to adhere to the fuses to bypass them....I ended up accidentally unsoldering the fuses out from the board due to the heat of the solder......luckily I found out my DS's were still under warranty after I attempted the fix (of course).....

If it's out of warranty you might want to have a read of the faults reported with a fuse blown. And also have a look at this http://www.m3wiki.com/index.php/Nintendo_DS_Lite_:_Repair_a_broken_console_(blown_fuse)

Try removing the battery and power cable all together then try plugging it in without a battery and turn it on. if that doesn't work try putting the battery back in then power the unit on, if it still doesn't work then the unit is damaged and needs to be serviced by nintendo.
