Remote

When I have the same issue with my dmr-ez37v I recover by unplugging the unit for about 15 seconds, then plugging it back in. It seems the unit get "hung" about once a month and requires a hard power reset.

Good morning i just need a owners manual for my panasonic dvd/vhs recorder. i moved last year and lost it its model# dmr-ez37v i hope you can direct me to where i may go i dont know the proper website on...

1. Go to www.panasonic.com
2. At the top of screen, look for "support", click on it.
3. Then look for "operating manuals", click on it.
4. A new window appears, enter the "model number", then
check the terms and conditions box, then click the Locate Manual button. The file requires a PDF reader like "Adobe Acrobat ReaderTM "
5. A new window appears, then click on the link under the "File Name". Some files are quiet large several MBs.
Hope this helps

Nothing records when I do a scheduled recording

Doesn't record properly, ie: looks like one channel is down when recorded, pre-recorded tapes are ok
Check Q008 for dry joints
