We have a styleshot digital camera that froze. We've tried to shut it down as well as trying to plug it back into the computer, nothing seems to work and I don't know what to do next that could possibly unfreeze it. ould you help me please????

I have the same issue. The Battery LED light is soild green. You can not get the LCD to show anything. You can not take a picture. You can not pull up the menu. I have pressed the reset button which will finally turn off the light but as soon as I press the power button it does the samething all over again. Then you can not press the power button to turn it off.
