Iphone: If you set the iPhone to vibrate in silent mode, it still makes an audible buzzing sound that may bother or disrupt others. If you need your iPhone to stay completely quiet, temporarily disable vibration. You can turn off vibration when silent mode is on, off or both. Tap the button next to "Vibrate on Ring."

oh,, we'll need some more information to be able to help, The thing is you didnt specify what vibrates for example when you start and you have vibrations while idiling, while in drive and the engine kicks back rough when changing gears more than likely its and engine mount thats bad. if its vibrating while idling its the fuel rpm ration (idling screw that needs adjusted or the MAP or air sensor if its fuel injected).. If its vibrating while the ac is turned on, check the ac step-up solenoid (the switch that increases the idling speed to match the ac's needed power.) we'll love to help or point you in the right direction but we'll need some more information. Describe whats happening for us , because we cant be there in person to actually experience it our selves. If you have a vid of the engine while vibrating etc all of that will be beneficial.
The vibration feature will only be available if the batteries are fully charged, the motor is turned on (physical switch on the control to the left of the low battery indicator) and for some games, the vibration option is enabled in the game (see the Options menu of the game).
To make sure that the unit is on, make sure the batteries are charged, the base unit is fully plugged into the game system and set the power switch to on. Then confirm if the controller works in the game. (If the unit is on but in the power-saving mode, press Back or Start on the controller to wake it.)
To reset a device having integrated battery (e.g. Nokia N8-00, E7-00), press and hold the power key for about 8 seconds. The device vibrates three times and switches off. Then you can switch your device on again normally.
All I did was wait for it to come back. I think it might have had something to do with the battery being low. However, that's never happened to me when the battery was low. When I plugged my charger in, I got a text message. I had the ring on high and vibrate. It vibrated for a second, then it just continued to ring. Once my phone was fully charged, the vibration came back. I think it was just a glitch in the phone. Razr's suck.
