I having problems with my mp3 player, and its a delstar.
1st thing, I think i let it in the computer too long to charge up.
When i took it out, and push the on button, it said no files in my music. But when i look on the computer, its said the mp3 platyer was full, and didnt have more for an other songs. I couldnt see my music files.
So i try just to delete the Music file, and create another one, to see if that help. After i did that disk said it had enough more, but i click on the folder to be an hidden folder, i didnt want it to be one, some reason it did, so now i cant see the music folder , and when i try to create another it will say a folder of that name is already exist.
How im i going to be able to be music in the music folder if i dont see it?
Could someone please help me, I dont know what to do.
I hope its fixable, i dont want to buy a new mp3 player, because i dont have the money

The DS 801 does not seem to play Secure WMA files so you will not be able to play most "purchased" online songs unless they are standard WMA or MP3 files. It may either show a error if using sync from Windows media player or if you copy them as a file it will seem to copy but then show zero file on the player under the name.

For the 10 second play problem the player has been set to intro mode, which only will play the first 10 seconds of each song. While it is playing, press the mode button ( bottom right ) once. This brings up the play sub-menu. It should show " repeat" as the first item. Press mode button again and it should show "intro". Now press either the top or middle buttons on the right side once, this shows all repeat choices again, using the same buttons scroll through them till "normal" is highlighted. Then press the bottom right button again. This shoudl put it back in normal play mode and return to the music screen.
