Hi, I need to know how I can solve this primary issue? I have a new SB5100 and ever I plug it to ethernet port I have an error pointing problems with gateway (it´s missing gateway), now what does it mean?

Surfboard HATE it if you don't have the ethernet plugged into the computer or router plugged in BEFORE you power up the modem. If you unplug a surfboard's ethernet cable it will just stop talking. You need to plug it into a device and then power it up.
